RAMALLAH, West Bank, Dec 9 (Reuters) - Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas said the United States' veto of a U.N. Security Council resolution demanding a humanitarian ceasefire in Gaza made it complicit in what he described as war crimes against Palestinians.
