PA anxious to reward thousands of new terrorist prisoners

Since Oct. 7, Israel has imprisoned 6,540 Palestinian suspected terrorists. The PA has chosen to bypass its own regulations, which require Red Cross confirmation of the imprisonment, in order to start the terror rewards immediately.
